In The NOW
Existing on a planet
Trying to see through the fog
Or smog
Whatever it's called NOW
And remove the speck from my Brotha's eye
When there's a log in mine
Got to grab it
NOW
And
Everybody has habits
One way or another
Not just me
And see…
I have them too
"addictions"
But we be
Caught up in misgivings
Of what we think

Must have
Got to have
Got to get… NOW

It's not as hilarious
As it is maddening
Saddens me
