- Retired at age 55 - 45 as an 'entertainer' working for GAS $$$ - still am, & still do! Raised in the same "community (No Creek, KY as Bill Monroe (father of bluegrass) goes without saying MY music reflects the same 'heritage'! I had the pleasure of meet inge Bill Monroe WAY bacj in 1958 at a revival srvice of a small Baptist church where Pa was a deacon! OLD pictures of my kin - back to the ORIGINAL settlers of No Creek?
