- Mother,writer,wife,friend,talker,listener,poetess....These are some of the things that describe me..It is difficult to paint a full picture of one's self and place it in a box. I was a musician for a very very long time,and by chance I began writing more and more poetry,it fed my soul and gave me an outlet to express my most intimate thoughts. I admit I am indeed a confessional writer,by no means polished,yet i am a work in progress. I published my first book last fall and I plan to write another later this year. I hope my words can spark something in others,be it their mind,soul, or body. I 'd like to leave a little piece of me behind when i go....and so I shall....
My debut album drops this summer 2009,"Soulflower" a collection of my spoken word pieces,I do hope ya'll will enjoy it. See ya then...
