WALKED TO THE MOON
we walked to the moon
holding hands and skimming on lillypads
we saw faeries and pixes
magic was everywhere
the sky was lavender with pink clouds
rainbows were upside down
rivers flowed to the sky
it rained buttercups
the days of innocense
we believed in every thing
we feared nothing
we faught monsters with a stick
and vanquished them
talked with animals
and understood them
laughed all day long
for no reason at all
bruises nor words hurt us
for we were loved by all
remember that day
we walked to the moon
it feels so long past
I didn't know it wouldn't last

Blinded By Pain
I am blinded by my pain my tears flow blood
A prisoner to my past bound by memories .
The cold echoes buried deep into my heart
Wandering lost in the shadows of night
Fear and rage the only emotions left to me
Destitute of love, hope and happiness.
Ugliness is all I remember,was beauty ever real.
Flowers curled and died,the sun never shines.
Children cry out in hunger as a parent hits them.
