LadyB's Smooth Jazz Hour features the musical stylings of the incomparable pianist and melodica player, Mr. Monty Alexander. Born in Jamaica, Monty came to the United States in the 60's and became very popular as a backup musician for many great entertainers. Since then, he has recorded scores of his own albums. His passion for his Jamaican heritage can be heard in his wonderful music.

LBSOC's third show in June is a little taste of rock and roll hits from the 50's. LadyB starts out with the very first rock and roll tune recorded and plays hits from every year throughout the fifties. She also features the dynamic poet/indie artist, Arekah.
